At CrossFit Imperial Valley we believe that a combination of skill practice, workouts and games are the best way to build strength and conditioning in young children. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, body weight movements, running, jump roping, and more. Our goal is to make fitness fun at a young age and to encourage a lifetime of physical activity.

Pre-School (4-6 years old) Monday | Wednesday 4:15pm – 4:45pm $79 per session
One time fee covers entire 6 week program.
