Grab your workout buddy and sign up to throwdown in the Team Up. Last year we had an outstanding turnout at our Eli’s Heroes Throwdown and this year we are looking to make it bigger and better!

TEAM COMPETITION 

Teams of 2 (same sex) will throwdown for bragging rights in this 4 workout competition designed to test overall fitness, endurance and mental toughness! All levels can participate. Register as soon as possible for early bird discount code! Spots are limited and first come, first served. We will have food and drinks/beer for sale the day of the event. Come out and support!

TEAM CATEGORIES 

The competition consists of 4 team workouts. Each category will do a version of the same workout appropriately scaled for their fitness level. The top 3 teams of each category will receive a prize.

Event: Pit Stop

Men’s and Women’s Advanced
Complete for time:
10 Snatches (M: 155lbs, W: 105lbs) Teammate 1
36/30 Cal Bike – Teammate 1 goes first. Split calories as you want, but can only switch once.
10 Snatches (M: 155lbs, W: 105lbs) Teammate 2
Time cap: 5:00
Score is team’s time or total reps.
Men’s and Women’s Intermediate 
Complete for time:
10 Snatches (M: 115lbs, W: 75lbs) Teammate 1

Men’s and Women’s Advanced
Complete as many reps as possible in 7:00 of:
13 Kettlebell Swings (M: 32 kg, W: 24 kg)
11 Box Jump Overs (M: 24 in., W: 18 in.)
9 Chest to Bar Pull Ups / Women’s – Pull Ups
Max calories on the Rower.
As Teammate 1 completes the Triplet, Teammate 2 rows as many calories as possible.
Once Teammate 1 completes the Triplet, he or she runs back and tags Teammate 2 to switch roles. Keep moving in this pattern until the time stops.
Score is total completed reps on the Triplet plus total calories rowed added up together.
Men’s and Women’s Intermediate
Complete as many reps as possible in 7:00 of:
13 Kettlebell Swings (M: 24 kg, W: 16 kg) 
11 Box Jump Overs (M: 24 in., W: 18 in.)
9 Pull ups
Max calories on the Rower.
Men’s and Women’s Scaled
Complete as many reps as possible in 7:00 of:
13 Kettlebell Swings (M: 20 kg, W: 12 kg) 
11 Box Jump Overs (M: 24 in., W: 18 in.) Step ups are allowed.
9 Jumping Chest to Bar Pull Ups / Jumping Chin Over Bar Pull Ups
Max calories on the Rower.

Event: Oh, Ooh, Oooh!

All Categories
In 4:00 find a max weight for the following barbell complex:
1 Squat Clean Thruster + 1 Hang Squat Clean Thruster + 1 Thruster
Each teammate will have 4:00 to find their max weight.
Once the bar is lifted from the ground it must stay off the floor for the complex to count.
Score is each teammate’s heaviest completed complex in pounds, added up together.

Team Up Details:

Check in starts at 7:00am (Arrive early!)

Event Duration: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Registration fee: $140 per team.

April 3rd, 2018 is the last day to register and get a T-shirt included with the cost.

Registration will stay open until April 13, 2018, but no shirt will be available.

5K RUN/WALK

A fun family and pet friendly 5k Run/Walk will start the day off at 8:00am.

If you would like to purchase a shirt, please order one here by April 3rd and pick up the day of the event. All Team Up participants will receive one shirt when they register for the event. 

No refunds or exchanges will be given.
