30 Burpees touching a target overhead
800 Meter run
30 Burpees touching a target overhead

Strength
3 sets of:
Bulgarian Split squat x 6 reps each leg (choose a weight that’ll be challenging on the 5th and 6th rep)
Rest 2-3 minutes
Supine dumbbell row x 10 reps each arm
Rest 45 seconds
Front squat x 5 reps (83% of 1RM)
Rest 2-3 minutes
Supine Pull-ups or Supine ring rows x 8-10 reps ( if you have pullups, do pullups)
Rest 45 seconds
*Each movement will be gone over in class
