Complete every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
4 Power cleans
10 Box jumps

Post weight of power clean

Rest 3 minutes. Then,

Complete 7 rounds for time of:
7 Wall balls (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)
7 Pull-ups

CF LITE
Take 12 minutes to complete the following:
1200 Meter run
Then, as many rounds as possible with remaining time of:
35 Double Unders
7 Burpees

Red Shoe Day
Please sign up this week to participate.  If you don’t have a partner, we can assign one at your level.  This is a great community event and we encourage all of our athletes to either participate or attend.  If this is your first year, don’t worry, we will guide you through the whole event like we do the classes.  Everyone is capable of participating.  You just need to sign up and commit.  Buy a t-shirt to support the fundraiser and show up on Saturday, October 12th ready to workout!
