Take 8-10 minutes to work up to a 1RM Front Squat

Then,

Complete 5 front squats, every minute for 10 minutes at 70% 1RM

Then,

Death by Burpees
1 the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third minut, etc, until you can not finish all the burpees in that minutes.
Time cap is 15 minutes
