Snatch Ladder – Complete 1 rep every minute on the minute for as long as possible
Men start with 185 lbs and add 10 lbs every minute.
Women start with 125 lbs and add 5 lbs every minute. Time cap is 10 minutes.

Then,

Complete every minute on the minute for 10 minutes of:
Odd minute:  6 Front squats, you choose weight
Even minute: 6 Elevated ring rows
