“Those About to Rock”
In teams of 2, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Strict pull-ups
10 Box jumps (M: 30″, W: 24″)
15 Back squats (M: 135 lbs, W: 95 lbs)
*Partner 1 completes 1 full round and then Partner 2 completes the next round,
etc, until the time cap is reached.
