In teams of 2, complete:

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
20 KB Swings (M: 32 kgs, W: 24 kgs)
20 Hand release push ups
20 SDLHP (M: 32 kgs, W: 24 kgs – with the KB)
20 Medball sit ups (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)

Only 1 team member working at a time. Each member has to do at least 1
rep on each exercise. Otherwise, split up work in any way the team sees fit.
