2016 Regional Event 3

Complete the following for time:
104 Wall-balls (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs – both use 10′ target)
52 Pull-ups

Time cap: 6:00

Event 4 begins at 7:00. When the 6-minute time cap for Event
3 is reached, athletes will have 1
minute to return to their starting mat.
The clock will continue to run, and at
the 7:00 mark Event 4 will begin.

2016 Regional Event 4
Complete 4 rounds for time of:
28 One-legged squats, alternating
15 Power cleans (M: 115 lbs, W: 80 lbs)

Time cap: 10 minutes (7:00 – 17:00 on the clock)
