May Rowing Challenge

We are excited to announce a new series of monthly Challenges at CFIV.  These Challenges will be focused on working as a community to grow stronger and more efficient as well as comfortable and knowledgeable in specific areas of CrossFit.  For the entire month we will encourage athletes to improve in one area through gym-wide team challenges, special warm-ups and extra credits, WODs, clinics, web postings and written material.  In all consideration, 1 month is probably only enough time to wet your feet in any specific area of CrossFit.  However, our hope is that it will show you the importance of working towards perfection in all areas through focus and dedication to details while inspiring you to set new goals and work diligently towards them on your own.

Our first monthly Challenge focuses on the art of Rowing.  For this month, we will have one gym-wide Rowing Challenge, as well as an individual and team Challenge, a reoccurring weekly Challenge and a “Spirit of the Challenge” award.
