In teams of 2, complete AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
Toes to bar
Front Squat (M: 185 lbs, W: 115 lbs)

Complete reps of 1,1…2,2…3,3…etc. Keep increasing by one rep each round. Partners work at the same time, one on T2B, one on FS, switching movements when both partners are done with the reps for that movement. Do not move to the next movement or rep count until both partners have completed their current movement and rep count. Partners use the same weight.

Nutrition Challenge – 2nd Paleo Potluck This Week!
This Wednesday, March 27th at 7:00 PM, we will be holding our second Paleo Potluck.  The month is almost over, which means that the Challenge is also coming to an end.  Finish strong by attending this potluck and seeing what yummy and healthy things your fellow Nutrition Challengers are eating!  Bring a dish to share. You can sign up at the front desk.

Due to the Potluck, the 7:00 PM CrossFit class on Wednesday, March 27th is cancelled.  All other classes will run as scheduled.
