Complete 5 sets, NOT for time, of:

5 Deadlifts
3 Hang Power Cleans
1 Split Jerk

Then, complete the following for time:

100 Overhead squats (M: 95 lbs, W: 65 lbs)

Start with 5 burpees and every time the bar is dropped, do 5 burpees.
