Row 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 pulls HARD.
Between each of the sets, row 3 easy pulls.
Followed immediately by 3 rounds of:
40 Double unders
20 Front Squat (M: 135 lbs, W: 95 lbs)
Followed immediately by:
800 meter run
