wearing an ugly Christmas sweater for the duration of the WOD may
subtract two minutes from their time.

4 Pull-ups
5 Burpees
6 Toes to Bar
7 Wallballs (M: 20 lbs, W: 16lbs)
8 KB Swings (M: 24 kgs, W: 16kgs)
9 Double-unders
10 Overhead Lunges (5 each side, M: 35 lbs, W: 25 lb plate or dumbbell)
11 Hang Power Cleans (M: 95 lbs, W: 65 lbs)
12 Snatches (M: 95 lbs, W: 65 lbs)
