Fall Nutrition Challenge Ends Friday 
This is the last week of the Fall Nutrition Challenge.   For those of you who have stayed consistent with it, we hope this Challenge has been beneficial to your health and performance in the gym. Tomorrow is the post Nutrition Challenge WOD. It will be the same WOD you did 5 weeks ago. We have your score sheets from before the Challenge so you can see your improvements.  If you are unable to Re-test on Wednesday, please do so at Open Gym on Saturday.
