150 Double unders
50 Sumo deadlift high pulls

100 Box jump overs (24/18 in.)

Time cap: 26 minutes

STRENGTH

A) 1x: Max rep Back squat @ 70%

B) Complete 3 Supersets of:
10 Bulgarian split squats
10 Good mornings
*Rest 2 minutes

C) Complete 3 Supersets of:
10 Windshield wipers
15 Weighted sit ups
15 Crunches
15 Flutter kicks
