WOD
In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
12 Weighted Sit-ups (M: 35 lb DB, W: 25 lb DB) – Partner 1
12 Kettlebell sumo deadlift high-pulls (M: 32 kgs, W: 24 kgs) – Partner 2
12 Weighted pistols (6 on each side – M: 32 kgs, W: 24 kgs) – Partner 1
6 Burpees – Partner 2
200 Meter run – Partner 1

*After Partner 1 returns from the run, partner 2 will start on the sit-ups. Only one teammate works at a time.

*Teens can attend the 8:30 AM class and Boot Campers can attend the 7:30 AM class if desired.
