Every 2:00 for 20 minutes, complete the following:
2 Push press
4 Front rack walking lunges
6 Front squats

*Start light to moderate and add weight as needed between rounds.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
80 Double unders
40 Wall balls (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)

*5 Burpee penalty every time you stop in the middle of a set

CrossFit Surf Day

Join us for CrossFit Surf Day at La Jolla Shores beach. Pete Lewis will be giving surf lessons to any of our CFIV family who is interested in going. He will provide wetsuits and surfboards. This is a fun day of relaxing in the sun and enjoying the beach with some of your CFIV peers. For more information please pick up a flyer at the front desk or see Events tab on the right.
