2 Minutes rest. Then,

As many rounds as possible in 1 minute of:
3 Power cleans (M: 135 lbs, W:95 lbs)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

CF LITE
10 minutes of death by burpee pull-ups

Rest 2 minutes. Then,

Complete 3 efforts, each for time, of:
400 Meter run
Rest 1 minute

6:00 AM CF Lite class starts today!
We now offer CF Lite class on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 AM. The Lite classes focus more on metabolic conditioning rather than strength work.  Therefore, we do not use barbells in the Lite class.  However, don’t be deceived, this class is just as challenging as any other class.  Advanced athletes are allowed to attend both a Lite and a regular CrossFit class on the same day.  If you do this, we recommend that you do one in the morning and one at night.  Not back to back if possible.
