Tomorrow we will be doing Open WOD 13.2 during all classes. Remember for the purpose of our In-House Competition you need to stay consistent with the level you started with. If you are injured or feel that you cannot complete the WOD safely, please notify your instructor. Safety is always our priority.
Anyone who needs to be judged officially who doesn’t have a time scheduled, needs to contact us ahead of time.
