Complete 5 Rounds, rest as needed between rounds:
Bergeron Barbell Complex:

High Hang Clean, Above the Knee Clean, Clean, Push Press
High Hang Clean, Above the Knee Clean, Clean, Push Jerk
High Hang Clean, Above the Knee Clean, Clean, Split Jerk 

This is all done as one continuous set. You CANNOT put the bar down at anytime during this set

NOTE: From the first high hang clean to the Split Jerk is one round. RXed should not put the bar down until that whole round. This is not for time.

CrossFit Lite:
In teams of two, complete 5 rounds of:

400 meter row
Max Squats
