Time cap: 6 minutes

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Dumbell push presses (M: 45 lbs, W: 35 lbs)
15 GHD sit-ups
20 Walking lunges with the dumbell (M: 45 lbs, W: 35 lbs)
