Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:
From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats (M: 95 lbs, W: 65 lbs)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats (M: 95 lbs, W: 65 lbs)
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats (M: 95 lbs, W: 65 lbs)
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

CF LITE
Complete 5 rounds, each for time, of:
20 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
30 Wall-ball shots (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)
40 Push-ups

Rest precisely 3 minutes between each round.

CANCELLED CLASSES: 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, Teens*, Boot Camp*, Open Gym, Lite, Fundamentals, Kick Boxing, 7:00 PM.
*Teens can attend the 8:30 AM class and Boot Campers can attend the 7:30 AM class if desired.
