Complete for time in teams of 6 (3 men & 3 women):
30 Knees to Elbows (sub for GHD)
30 deadlifts (M: 225 lbs, W: 155 lbs)
30 Double-unders
30 Overhead squats (M: 95, W: 65 lbs)
30 Pull-ups

Men start first, then women. Athletes can’t advance stations until station in front is clear.
Time Cap: 14 minutes
