As a team of 3, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the following:
150 Meter sled drag
Max double unders
Max handstand push-ups

Strength
Bench Press
3 x For max reps @ 75%

Complete 3 supersets of:
10 Strict dips (weighted if needed)
15 Bench dips
Max rep diamond push up (inclined off bench or bar)
2 Minute rest

Complete 3 supersets of:
15 KB high pulls
25 Banded pull aparts

1 x Max rep DB hammer curls
