Complete 5 rounds each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round

NOTE: Time cap: 40 total minutes including rest. There is really no need to push your body to workout any longer than this.
