200 Meter row
Max Sumo deadlift high pull (M: 75 lbs, W: 55 lbs)
Max Toes-to-bar
400 Meter row
Max Sumo deadlift high pull
Max Toes-to-bar
600 Meter row
Max Sumo deadlift high pull
Max Toes-to-bar

Note: Rower sets the pace. One person at each station. Everyone rotates when the rower is done. Each team member completes the row at 200 meters before rotaing to 400 meter and then 600 meters.
