10 Box jumps (M: 30″, W: 24″)

Rest 3 minutes. Then,

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:
8 Kettlebell floor bench press (M: 32 kgs, W:24 kgs)
10 Toes-to-bar

Score: total rounds completed of each AMRAP

CF LITE

In teams of 2, complete 4 rounds for max reps of:
400 Meter row
Max double unders

*Rower set the pace while athlete completes max DUs. Score is total time to complete the WOD in seconds minus the teams total DUs. The lower the final score, the better.
